Our catering team provide healthy, balanced meals using only the freshest of ingredients available. The catering facilities and team are managed by Mrs Anne Hewitt.
All of the food is prepared on the premises and we have eliminated processed food from our menus.
Our Chef, Donna Pearson, provides a selection of hot dishes each day including vegetarian options, with a wide range of salads and sandwiches also freshly prepared daily. Fresh bread is also baked on the premises. We serve traditional hot puddings and fresh fruit salads and home made yoghurts.
Pupils are given a friendly welcome into the dining room by our catering staff and we welcome suggestions and feedback from pupils via School Council.
Menus are provided on a four-weekly rota and are reviewed termly by the Catering Manager and the Facilities Manager. We are proud to have been awarded the Tees Valley Food Hygiene Award (5 stars) for catering hygiene by Stockton Borough Council two years in a row.
We also provide a morning break service for High School pupils and a tea service for all pupils and parents, so please feel free to pop in and enjoy a cup of coffee and a home baked cake.
