Sixth Form Scholarships

Scholarships are available at 11+ and 16+. To be considered for a scholarship a pupil must first apply, using the School’s application form.

Scholarships are awarded based on the pupil’s performance in the scholarship assessments. Students whose performance is close to that of a Scholar may be awarded an Exhibition, i.e. a one-off fixed Financial Award.

The award of a Scholarship entitles the holder to a modest discount each term for the duration of the Award. In addition, scholars are entitled to apply for further financial assistance. In line with current Charities Legislation, all such discounts are means tested. The means test is the standard applied across Independent Schools’ Council schools and is administered in accordance with the Independent Schools Bursars’ Association guidelines.

Scholarships for Music (11+ and 16+) and Sports (16+ only) are also available. Click here for details of the Assessment Day in March 2011.

Ogden Trust Science Scholarships
