It’s official – Teesside High School is the best school in Stockton-on-Tees for attainment at GCSE.
The government’s 2016 School performance league tables issued today show Teesside High School to be the top performing of all independent and maintained schools at GCSE in our local authority.
We are the best school for Attainment 8, which calculates how students perform in 8 key GCSE subjects, the best school for achievement in GCSE English and Maths, and the best school for the percentage of students achieving the English Baccalaureate qualification.
We are delighted our students’ dedication to achieving outstanding results, whatever their ability, has been recognised. This achievement is also testament to our wonderful team of teachers who consistently go above and beyond to provide the inspirational all-round support and education so highly valued by parents and pupils at THS.
