I studied at Newcastle University – a Masters in Mathematics and Statistics – and graduated with first class honours. I trained at Clive Owen LLP towards my ACA with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, spending 14 years there progressing to Department Manager.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
As a typical Maths geek I love working with numbers all day!

The sense of community. All staff and pupils are friendly and helpful.
What is your favourite time of the year?
Autumn days – crisp days, Hygge, my birthday.
