Teesside High School Spring Ball – Friday 8 May

Following the outstanding success of the 2025 THS Spring Ball, we are delighted to once again invite staff, parents and THS alumni to enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing at Wynyard Hall on Friday 8 May, 7.00pm until late.

Last year’s Spring Ball raised a combined £5,000, including over £1,000 for the event’s auction charity partner Butterwick Hospice. The evening was one with excitement and celebration, featuring lively auctions, fun games, delicious food, a popular photobooth, great music and plenty of dancing. It was a truly memorable night, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended and only made possible by the generosity and enthusiasm of our wonderful school community.

What is the Spring Ball?

The 2026 Spring Ball will enable parents, family members and friends of the school as well as students in our Sixth Form (18+) to come together in their finery and enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing. This event forms a significant part of our PTA fundraising for the year, enabling us to realise projects which will benefit our pupils and the wider school community.

The evening will be delivered in partnership with our headline sponsors for the second successive year, Toll Bar Garage.

Tickets – on sale now!

Tickets are priced at £65.00 per person or £600.00 for a table of 10 guests.  Tickets include a 3-course meal (vegan option available) and a welcome drink on arrival.  There will also be an auction, with proceeds being split between the PTA and our 2026 Spring Ball charity, Parkinson’s UK.

Tickets can be purchased from Reception (cash only please) and through ParentPay.  Please could any dietary requirements and requests for seating arrangements be made at time of booking by adding a note to ParentPay or passed on to our team at Reception?

Following purchase, tickets will be popped in book bags (Prep School) or made available for collection from Reception (Senior School and Sixth Form).

Wish to book an overnight stay?

In addition to hosting the event, the team at Wynyard Hall has kindly offered the opportunity for our guests to enjoy an overnight stay at a discounted room only rate, as below:

• Country Classic Bedroom – £110.00
• Superior Bedroom – £130.00
• Executive Suite – £160.00

Spring Ball Sponsorship Packages

Sponsorship packages are available for generous individuals, businesses or organisations who wish to support us.  Please see below for a variety of packages, all of which include tickets to the event.

Welcome Drinks Sponsor – £600 – this package includes two tickets to the Spring Ball, your business name on a welcome easel, inclusion in the event programme, graphics/video displayed on event digital screens and a thank you post on school social media in the run up to the evening.  One package available.

Programme Sponsor Package – £850 – this package includes two tickets to the Spring Ball, your business name/logo on the front page of the event programme, a full page advert or welcome in the evening’s programme, graphics/video displayed on event digital screens and a thank you post on school social media.  One package available.

Auction and event charity – Parkinson’s UK

Further, if you could assist in helping to source auction prizes for this event we would be most grateful.  Auction proceeds will be split between the school PTA and Parkinson’s UK.  Last year we were able to raise over £1000.00 for our charity partner so we would be incredibly grateful of your support once again.  If you wish to donate a prize, please do so via Main Reception.
