Life before Teesside High School

Before joining Teesside High School, I worked in local government. I joined the education sector in 2001 and in previous schools I have undertaken the roles of Bursar and SIMS and Data Manager.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Being part of a team that is dedicated to supporting each individual student to progress and achieve their potential. Seeing the reaction of students when they have achieved amazing grades!

What do you enjoy most about Teesside High School?

The warm and friendly atmosphere. The school is a community where everyone is important.

What is your favourite time of the year?

The summer term – long days, lots of sunshine, seeing staff and students making full use of the beautiful school grounds.

What do others say about you?

Hopefully – that I will always find a way to do something!
